Hi, I'm Catherine

I'm the girl you come to when you're finished with quick fixes and want to overhaul your life and commit to long-term, long-lasting health and well-being. I will guide you on your journey, you just have to take the first step.

My background as a dancer and all-round fitness enthusiast has been built on the love of moving, and the way living a healthy life makes me feel. My passion is empowering others to find that same freedom and joy while taking care of their own bodies. You are a unique so your exercise and nutrition style needs to be tailored to your own lifestyle, goals and preferences.

My training style draws from my wide knowledge of strength training, cardio, pilates, dance and stretching. I place high importance on learning the fundamentals: How to brace the core, breathing techniques, compound lifts, and correct posture among others. After the foundations have been laid then it's time to have fun and challenge yourself with more functional and demanding exercises.

I'm a creative, a free spirit. I'm a story-teller. I'm a people person. I'm a helper, and I'd love to work with you.
