One on one
Personalised workouts designed specifically for you, your goals, current health and fitness capabilities.
I offer session times of:
45 minutes and
- Initial consultation and goal setting
- Health measurements and tracking every 2 - 3 months
- Posture assessment and correction
- One on one care and coaching
- Ongoing support and motivation.
These are designed to assess your body and how it's moving. I'll ask you to perform a range of movement to find your strength and weaknesses.
I'll be assessing these things:
- Technique in main movements, Squat, hinge, lunge, press, pull etc.
- Anatomical anomalies
Using the Precision Nutrition system I can help you towards your health goals
I offer coaching session times of:
- 30 mins
- 45 mins
- 60 mins
6 months minimum commitment
What it entails
- Portion recommendations
- Weekly, fortnightly or month coaching
- Goal setting
- Breaking down tasks into doable measurable actions
- Support and encouragement via txt and email
- Collaborative action steps
If you are not located in Auckland or just want some more structure to your workouts I offer personalised programmes for eight weeks.
– Specifically designed weight sessions. Explained thoroughly including detailed warm-ups, stretches and exercise video demonstrations.
– Cardio recommendations and optional HIIT circuits.
– 24 hr access to my private email for added support.
– Any necessary tweaks to the programme.
